Impression
Malignant neoplasm of the bone,
probably osteosarcoma.
Clinical Pathologic Correlation
Osteosarcoma is a malignant mesenchymal
neoplasm in which the neoplastic cells produce
osteoid. Excluding multiple myeloma (a tumor of B
lymphocyte origin), osteosarcoma in the most
common primary malignant tumor of the bone.
