Pyoderma Gangrenosa: Autoimmune disorder resulting in a vasculitis which causes slowly progressive ulceration of the skin. Initially, it is frequently mistaken for cellulitis. While it can be associated with a number of systemic diseases, it is most commonly linked to inflammatory bowel disease. This patient suffers from Crohn's Disease.
