Comment

Neuropathic Ulcer: Diabetes induced neuropathy led to development of the ulcer shown above. The Q-tip easily passes to the level of the underlying bone, clinical evidence of osteomyelitis. Incidentally, this is not painful to the patient as he is insensate.
