The nucleated cell is an "atypical"/"activated" lymphocyte.
It is a very large cell, with large amounts of cytoplasm,
moderately dark blue-gray in color; irregular nucleus with
smudgy chromatin resembling that of lymphocytes but
also that of monocytes.
